For eligible consumer distance purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person you nominate (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Send a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline to hi@megamyco.com or GREENERRA d.o.o., Kućan Ludbreški 57, 42230 Kućan Ludbreški, Croatia. The withdrawal form is optional.

Return goods within 14 days after notifying us. We refund payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

Any responsibility for direct return costs must be disclosed before you order. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
